It is used for separation and adjustment of rough, acidic and leathery products like slurries, granulates, dust powder, etc. The apparatus in the casing and actuator are responsible for the control of the manual and control pinch valve sleeve. The apparatus consists of a single or two pinch bars below and above the sleeve

The actuator makes the pinch bar squeeze the sleeve flatly or centrally. Because of which there is a seal for the gushing of the product. The pressure of these valves is relied on type and the size used. There is even a link between the sleeve and pin which makes sure that there is full space available for the unfastening the valve. The driving pressure is between 3 and 40 Bar.

There are various advantages of these manual and control pinch valves. Some of them are free flowing of the material, less friction, and most important of all it can be maintained and operated in less costs. And if by chance any hard particles enter the sleeves get closed without any leakage.
